Levent founded ShyftUp with the dream of helping as many apps as possible make the big leap in their user growth. He is driven by companies & products that serve a purpose and have a positive impact in the world. Nothing thrills him more than the idea of growing things that make the world a better place.

Levent is a digital marketing veteran with 8+ years of experience in acquiring users in the desktop and mobile spaces. He has acquired more than 450 million users on the Web and mobile combined and managed millions of dollars of ad spend with ROI-positive returns.

Cihan is a marketing professional with 4 years of experience in both corporate life and startup ecosystem. He experienced various marketing fields in addition to his engineering background. Prior to ShyftUp, he worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Scoutium, the world’s first crowdsourced digital scouting and football platform. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Industrial Engineering.

He is passionate about new technologies and mobile marketing. Outside of work, you may find Cihan on the slopes snowboarding or trying new tastes in San Francisco.

Samil is a Graphic and UI Designer focused on mobile applications. Prior to ShyftUp, he took part in various projects in Turkey and around the world as a designer.

He enjoys drawing illustrations and making designs that appeal to users.

Buse is a marketing enthusiast with a huge interest in mobile apps. She was responsible for marketing in startups and contributed to many projects regarding branding and communication for well-known brands. She is thrilled by the technology and optimization.
She holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Koç University and she had a Marketing Management Masters in Tilburg, Nl.

Ege is a multidisciplinary professional with an engineering and business background. He holds a food engineering degree from Izmir University of Economics and a business administration degree from Polytechnic University of Valencia. He had several internships in various European countries during and after his education. Prior to ShyftUp, Ege worked at the European Patent Office’s procurement department as a trainee for a year.

Ege is an endurance athlete. He trains 20+ hours per week to achieve his goal of completing a long-distance triathlon (IronMan 140.6) under nine hours. He also is interested in economic schools, political economy, personal finance and programming.

Nazlıcan holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University. She has a two-year of experience in corporate culture in procurement departments. Recently, she directed her career path into the modern mobile technology world. Every day she is learning. She likes to challenge herself.

She is a lighthearted and energetic person. She enjoys telling self-deprecating stories with a comical undertone. She can cook Thirty-Minute Brownies in twenty minutes. Nowadays, she is obsessed with a gluten-free, lactose-free diet. Mediterranean culture is a condition for her existence. She dreams of a property in Tuscany in the future. Supermarkets are her must-visit travel destinations.

Elif is a sales & marketing professional, holding a business administration degree from METU. After 2 years of corporate experience, she joined the ShyftUp team as being passionate about digital marketing and startup ecosystems.

Besides work, Elif is a full-time traveler to explore new cultures and places all over the world. Also shows interest in gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Derya is a Graphic Designer focused on digital designs. She studied political science and public administration at Gazi University. During the same period, she took a course about web and graphic design from BilgeAdam in Ankara. Prior to ShyftUp, she took part in various projects involving government agencies, film festivals, cultural organizations and etc. in Turkey and around the world as a designer.

Derya was a volleyball player and played in several professional sports clubs and also high school and faculty teams. She owes a lot to volleyball that being a good team player.

She loves animals and bugs. Somewhere, you can see her petting a cat or dog and etc. in a corner or observing a spider.

Irmak’s education journey started at a French high school, named Notre Dame de Sion in Istanbul. Followingly, she studied Business Administration and Economics as a double major at Koç University. After she gained experience in the marketing area, she decided to pursue her dreams and completed her Master’s Degree in Marketing Management at one of the most prestigious universities in Europe, Tilburg University. During her education, she had several internships in various companies. Before ShyftUp, she had extensive experience in both major corporations and the startup ecosystem.

If she’s not painting or writing a new post for her blog, she’s probably reading about new technologies and mobile marketing. Additionally, Irmak became a certified breath therapist last year and she is practicing breath therapy sessions in her free time. You may find her meditating while creating her mindful corner or playing the cello.

İlayda is a marketing specialist who is committed to multidisciplinary growth. She graduated from METU as an honor student with a Sociology major and a minor in Business Administration. She is pursuing her master’s in International Trade Management at Boğaziçi University while combining her academic and professional lives. Because she is passionate about startup dynamics and is interested in all aspects of digital marketing, she joined the Shyftup team after two years of experience in a corporate setting. Even if it seems cliche, she loves discovering new music and movies. She also developed an interest in writing movie reviews in addition to watching them. She always makes time for yoga and meditation to feel relaxed and serene.

Selin is a Business Development Specialist focusing on identifying opportunities for business growth. She graduated from Bogazici University, majoring in foreign languages and education. Selin has strong communication skills and focuses on maintaining good relationships with ShyftUps’ customer base. Apart from her professional background, she loves cooking international dishes and taking long walks in the late evenings. She is also interested in meditation and relaxation techniques to practice for a better quality of life.
